私下认为：适度手淫是有益的，比如一周一到两次，可以获得短暂的快乐，释放生活的紧张和压力，对身心都有好处，但过度手淫，造成精神萎靡不振，而且自责形成精神压力，肯定是不好的.所以一定要节制，不要过度.
