安全期本来就是相对安全的。就算女性平时月经很规律，排卵也会因为情绪、健康状况等因素发生变化。而且也会发生一个月经周期内排卵两次的极其特殊的情况。个人觉得最安全的就是戴套（吃避孕药对女性有副作用，绝不采用），下来就是靠测体温来预知排卵，最后才是所谓的“前七后八”。
